These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vidysea platform ("Platform") operated by Vidysea Education Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at 141, 4th Floor, The United Apartment, Sector-4 Dwarka, N.S.I.T. Dwarka, South West Delhi, New Delhi, India 110078. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
1. Scope of Services:
Vidysea provides an online platform that connects users ("Users") seeking educational content with educators ("Educators") providing such content. The Platform facilitates the exchange of educational materials, courses, and related services.
2. User Registration:
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

By submitting User Content, you grant Vidysea a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in 141, 4th Floor, The United Apartment, Sector-4 Dwarka, N.S.I.T. Dwarka, South West Delhi, New Delhi, India 110078.
9. Modification of Terms:
Vidysea reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.
